Termination of Use

Good Business Sense Pty Ltd may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Good Business Sense Pty Ltd website, including, but not limited to any bulletin boards on its site, for any reason, including without limitation, breach of this agreement. Applicable Laws

These Terms and Conditions of Use are governed by the laws in force in New South Wales, Australia and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia and any courts which may hear appeals from those courts in respect of any proceedings in connection with these Terms and Conditions of Use or this Website.

General Provisions

If any provision of this agreement is deemed void, unlawful or otherwise unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be severed from this agreement and the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain in force. This contains the entire agreement between you and Good Business Sense Pty Ltd concerning your use of the site.

Training Enrolments Terms and Conditions

Enrolments will only be confirmed on receipt of a signed enrolment form.

Payment MUST be received 5 business days prior to course commencement (either full payment, or at minimum upfront fee).

Cancellations and transfers must be notified in writing and within 5 business days prior to course commencement (for a cancellation made after that period and before the commencement of a course, 50% of the course fee may be applied. Cancellations made following the commencement of a course may incur the full course fee.

Course date transfers and participant changes after a commencement of the course attract a $[250] administration fee.

Good Business Sense Pty Ltd reserves the right to make an administrative charge against any refund in order to cover any costs associated with making the refund.

Package programs MUST be completed in their entirety once commenced.

Good Business Sense Pty Ltd may in its absolute discretion, refund some or all course fees where it determines that there are extenuating or compassionate circumstances.

In the case an incorrect eligibility assessment is made and course fees have been received by Good Business Sense Pty Ltd, a full refund will be issued.

Good Business Sense Pty Ltd reserves the right to alter course schedules and pricing without notice.

Good Business Sense Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time to ensure compliance with applicable State and Federal laws.

Good Business Sense Pty Ltd shall not be liable for changes in personal or business circumstances that prevent the student from attending/completing the course.

In the event that any payment is dishonoured for any reason, the Student/Employer shall be liable for any dishonour fees incurred by Good Business Sense Pty Ltd.

If there is a default of any invoice when due, the Student/Employer shall indemnify Good Business Sense Pty Ltd from and against all costs and disbursements incurred by Good Business Sense Pty Ltd in pursuing the debt including legal costs on a solicitor and own client basis and Good Business Sense Pty Ltd’s collection agency costs.

In the event of any breach of this contract by Good Business Sense Pty Ltd the remedies of the Student/Employer shall be limited to damages which under no circumstances shall exceed the Fee of the Course.
